ICA has established a claims procedure with authorised repairers that ensures vehicles are repaired as quickly as possible and put back on the road. Down time on the use of a vehicle can be a costly situation.

For Third Party claims ICA will take over the negotiation and management of the process thereby removing management downtime in unproductive activities.
